Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stored our sssr for winter, just getting it out, battery was dead, charged it, CAN'T OPEN DOOR OR WNIDOWSNEED HELP. IF ANY ONE CAN HELP ME PLEASE CALL 13308663491. THANK YOU! Linda (MSUDale)

you may need to force the window past the weather stripping then reset the door open-close window indexing (roll the window all the way down and hold the button for another 5 seconds then roll the window all the way up and hold the button for another 5 seconds)
