Exclamation Help - Any Ideas What Is Wrong?

Hi All,

On my way home from work the ABS light came on and I started to stall - stalled out while doing about 40MPH in traffic. I stopped and got it re-started and got about .25 of a mile when it started stalling again and died. Managed to get to a spot and call the dealer for a tow (only 16,000 miles on it). When the truck came it started up and immediately conked out and the wouldn't even turn over.

Anyone have the same experience or have an idea what it might be?
It wasn't overheating - I already had the fan replaced for that.

Thanks,
-Adam

First thing that comes to mind is the infamous ignition switch...search on that and you will find lots of info.

That happened to me once. Turned out to be a bad DIC.

Is your 06 a Final Pproduction Run or earlier vintage? I seem to recall someone advising that a redesigned ignition switch was incorporated sometime in 2006. I have a Final Production Run 06 and haven't had any issues to date.
