Help, installing Axiom/Kaminari Fascia

Has any one installed a Axiom/Kaminari front fascia, I have problem attach the lower part of the fascia to the truck, the OEM has 3 clips which clip into the black front plastic grill, but the Axiom fascia dont have these clips on lower part, only on the upper part, my body shop suggested me to use 3m adhesive to glue it to the plastic grill, I didnt think that was a good idea, any one has one installed pls let me know how did you do it, thank you.

You should drill as many holes as needed into the front fascia and get the clips at Home Depot or Lowes. If you glue the thing to the front fascia, if and when you encounter resistence, such as a curb or dip in the road, instead of loosing just the Axiom front part, you will have major damage to the front fascia. I would go to several body shops and get more opinions. There are many ways to attach custom parts.

install guide(K01821) for the grille bars.Tell her your a fanatic member and
i know she will help.I haven't install mine yet and i must say the clip suggession
might be another way to do it.Kaminari sells all kind of Aerodynamics kits for
other vehicles and they should know the business.Hope this helps.

You may want to contact or PM "Diggs" a fellow Fanatic.

He mentioned yesterday that he had just finished installing the front facia ( Kamainari) on his ride.

Cool Actually..

I just installed the Kaminari chin spoiler. Not the entire fascia. That would be a totally different critter...

thanks cruzned, I think the clips will be a good idea, but finding these clips may not be easy, will try home depot tomorrow.

I do have these install guides, but they dont help much, the fascia install guide did not mention anything about these clips, and for the grill bars, there's a gap at the bottom of the lowest bar, we had to fill the gap, luckly I am going to paint the bars and fascia in same color, so where I filled the gap will not be so obvious.

honestly speaking, I dont think these Kaminari parts fit very good, takes lot extra time to resize, filing and drilling to make them fit, hope they come out good.
