My SSR: 2004 UV with flames #10443 (BOD: 05-24-04), 2005 "Sinister SSR"#19055 (BOD: 12-09-04)
Help! Need to remove painted trim piece next to windshield..
do you have to remove a-pillars? Has anyone done this? Need info ASAP.

They are held on with velcro dots. Yes that is correct Velcro. If I recall a plastic button on the bottom.

My SSR: '05 Concept Truck, powered by Heavy Duty rubberbands, and a really BIG WINDUP KEY!
and you put the top down to move the rubber gasket on top, and remove either a pin or screw.

My 05 had metal clits . 2 on each side. I am talking about the hor. molding next to dash panel . They are HARD TO RE INSTALL. If windshield was out it would be a snap.
