Help - we locked our keys in the bed of our truck

Is there a trick on opening the bed from inside of the truck? We cannot find the secert.

Went thru this once before. Since the public an view this, such info should be shared by PM so as not to tell the world how we can be ripped off. As such it might be wise to delete the answer now that it has served it's purpose.

Don't think it is that big a secret. Inside trunk releases are quite common on vehicles with well...trunks. If you really want a good hiding place, with the top up, the roof storage area is large enough to hide a lot of stuff.

One thing I found out too. If you have the hard saddle bags, do not put the key for the bags on the same key ring as the key fob!

i often wondered that!

I would appreciate a pm on how i should open the lid! It is only a matter of time before i set my stupid switch to on, close the lid and than realise my mistake!!

Yep.. it does.. but in Laughlin when I locked my keys in the trunk (front cab was locked, too.) It took the manual, Autodan and a phone call to Mike in AZ for us to get it open!
