How do you change or tighten tail light bulb?

Just found out my left rear brake light is intermittently going out, so the bulb must be loose. How in the world do you access the light bulb? It all apperars to be sealed in! I have the carpeted be so I suspect it must be a remove the carpet thing to access a secret door where the bulb resides. Any suggestions?

Brake LIght

To access the brake light reach up behind the rear wheel opening, just inside of the back lower plastic bumper.

Grab the entire assembly that the wires are sticking out of, turn it counter clockwise 1/4 turn and the unit will come out. Pull down and turn to remove the bulb.
