Hydraulic Reservoir

I was doing a Visual/Physical inspection of the folding roof storage compartment and noticed that the hydraulic reservoir for the folding top seemed to be empty. Researching the Service Manual it only states that "Ensure fluid in the folding top pump hydraulic reservoir be at the proper level". What is the proper level? My reservoir doesn't have any Max/Min level markings. Does anyone know what the proper amount of fluid that should be maintained in the reservoir? What color is this fluid? I thought it was yellowish in my past inspections but now I not sure! Any help on this is appreciated.

There is a minimum line on the reservoir. with the top down the fluid should be at the line, and it is normal form the fluid to turn dark or even black after some use.

Straight from the repair manual

Remove the reservoir filler plug

Add fluid P/N 89022748 until the fluid level is at the MINIMUM indicator line in the reservoir.

Install the reservoir filler plug
