idea for intl meeting - tech- led tail lights

Probably THTD -

I've never been able to get my LED tail lights to work. I've only tried one new LMxxx and they were on all the time.

Any expert or someone who can help while in Flag - guess they would have to have LED sets (92 lights right?) and the LM's or willing to trouble shoot?

Maybe I got a "bad" LM right out of the box. I know others have had same problem.

Doug? anyone?

TIA

I'd like to know how you make out. I've tried two LM467 modules and four of the 3157_92_R bulbs. They work great during the day, even if I turn the lights on, but when the electric eye turns on the lights at dark, the brake-lights stay on.

okay...

While in Flagstaff, I was talking to Dictator (and Doug) about my problem. I had the LM487 with me, along with the 92 LED lights.

Due to time, rain, (okay - laziness) - didn't do anything there.

But Dicktator was positive that it should work, and that I probably got a bad LM487.

SO when I got home, I ordered another one of the pricey units, and today I got around to plugging it in. First I verified again, that with the original LM487, I had lights that were acting flaky. YEP.
I put in the new LM487, and behold, it worked perfectly... RASSLE FRASSLE mumble mumble - and other words that I leave for your choice.

SO I'm happy, drove to lunch and showed it to my buddies that I have lunch with - they are BRIGHT.

Glad you got it worked out Rod!

If you would, please send me the bad module, I'd like to take a look at it.
