Interior hood release lever loose
I have searched for this and cannot find a solution. Under the dash on the drivers' side is the black 2-3" long plastic lever to open the hood. Mine is dangling there and appears a bolt or screw has come out. How is this repaired?

Have you removed the vertical kick panel on the left side? It should be fairly apparent, but it has been a while since I have been under there.

Here are some pictures of the "Kick" panel you have to remove and a picture of the release.
Didn't have any of the bolt that holds it in place.
Kick panel has small plastic pin that holds the kick panel to the sill. be sure you remove it before to take off kick panel.
Kick panel is subject to cracking during removal. Three clips hold the panel to up brace. Use plastic tool and remove slowly.
If it is an 04, clip way in the back of kick panel. 05/06, just have alignment pin.

I looked at the lever again and thru it is a plastic rod connecting to a bracket on the other side of the kick panel. The rod is sheared off at the lever. I wonder if this is a two part assembly. Will call to order parts(s). Update: Looked at the parts catalog and called Mark. Could not find the part. Perhaps it comes with the release cable as a complete unit?

This plastic pin or bolt as I have indicated has sheared off on the other end on the other side of the fender.

Sounds like something that Dicktator might be able to design and improved version for less money, like he did the transmission linkage repair kit.

I will have to take a look at that. Don't know how many have failed, or why.

I have a feeling I probably kicked it getting into the drivers seat?

I've caught mine with my toe when getting out a couple of times now. Just enough to pop the hood.

I was thinking something more had to happen than just opening the hood.
I go to shows all the time, sometimes three times a week. Always open hood and show off the Stainless/Chrome/Lights.
Never had a problem.
