Lazy Exterior Door Handle Return

Any hints on how to help my driver's side exterior door handle return all the way in without help?

peek in there with the window down. take a can of wd40 or your choice with the soda straw attached and give it a shot and work it in. repeat on the other side door. corrosion due to dis similar metals. just needs some lube.

i didn't have much luck with the peeking, so I just squirted WD40 into the hinge areas (with the long tube nozzle) from the outside.

The next time I do this, the window will be UP!

Works great now.

Years ago when I first got my SSR the driver's door handle wouldn't return back by itself. If I forgot to pull the handle closed when I got in, I couldn't get back out by the inside handle. Would have to roll down the window and reach the outside handle.
Dealer fixed it. No trouble since.
