Muffler location

Was the Magnaflow the same lenght as the stock muffler? It appears that it is shorter and you added length to the 2 outlets. If the front of the muffler in the same location as the stock one? Also, is there a reason to keep the stock flange on the inlet side on a manual transmission? Why no x-pipe? Thanks?

The magnaflow is roughly the same size. Stock flange=less labor=lower$. The xpipe is inside the muffler.

Nice Exhaust and photos

John317, Thanks for the additional information. Seems like a easy replacement job with good results. Nice job on the photos!
