Question Map Light Bulb replacement?

Is the Map light bulb replaceable?

Has anyone dared to do it?

My SSR:
05 6 sp. with 4.56 gears, ZR1 clutch, Edelbrock intake, Lunati cam, Crane rockers, C6 modified pan

The manual says that the lenses pop out if you pry them, at the edge away from the windshield. There is a replaceable bulb inside. Good Luck!

I would share the "how to" if I could remember, but I don't, but do remember it is in the manual...and my manual and SSR are away in the warehouse...

lense was removable or if the back of the mirror
housing had to be removed.
