Tony,
Locate the Radio fuse. Pull the fuse. wait, still ,wait put fuse back. Most times this will fix the radio. If not off to the dealer.

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
The radio will turn on and displays the radio station, but there is no sound from any speaker. The radio display always shows the radio station and may not change to show the volume display when the knob for the volume is adjusted.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Before replacing any parts make sure the amplifier can communicate with the Tech 2. If there is no communications with the amplifier there will be no sound from the speakers and the radio may not display the volume or bar graph for the volume.
If the amplifier loses communication while the ignition is on, the volume bar will display but there will be no sound. Follow published diagnostics to repair the loss of communication to the amplifier.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
