Red face resetting the oil change light

CRS (can't remember $#&^t )has set in I can not remember how to reset the service oil change light. Some body refresh my memory!!

2004 SSR with DIC
1. Press the fuel information button until ENGINE OIL LIFE appears in the display.
2. To reset the Oil Life System, press and hold the select button while ENGINE OIL LIFE is displayed

Ricochet Silver built 11-8-04, #17696. K&N, headers, Flowmaster,Trifecta Tuned, Phoenixed Tranny

usually on Chevies you can turn the key on but not start it
then push the gas pedal down 3 times to the floor
but
it doesnt work on the R. worked on all Chevies i have owned till the R
