Sqeaky (rear?) Suspension

I just read a number of threads on squeaky suspension, and all talked about the front end. I have what I believe is a squeaky sound in the rear, when going over bumps, at most any speed. Before I left for Maggie valley I took the R in for an oil change and lube job. Before I go back to the GM garage and look foolish, is there actually anything to lube under there? Other threads said to lube dry bushings, can you climb under and hit them with a silicone spray? WD40? In case it matters everything is stock under there.

Thanks, Jeff

Have you checked for mice?
Maybe they moved in over the Winter and didn't want to go on a road trip.

Hey, I didn't say anything bad.
Just offering some of my wit to the thread.

Jeff, did you check the rear springs for rubbing.
I read an old post about a rear spring that was not seated properly.
It was rubbing against the frame.

Jeff if it were me I would spray some silicone on the bushings on both ends of the upper and lower control arms on both sides and then spray both ends of the panhard bar as well. If that dosen't do it try lubing the shafts on the shocks you will have to raise the rubber dust gators to get to them. Hope this helps

When the squeaking starts, I go to the front sway bar. Easiest to lube on a lift, unless you have contortionist abilities.

noise

Thanks all for the input, to me it really sounds like the rear. I think this weekend I am going to support the frame with jackstands so the rear wheels are hanging, and then use a plank as a lever to see if I can make the noise. If I don't find anything concrete, I will hit all the points suggested with (silicone?) lube anyway.
