You said you downloaded instruction, from where?
If you have the instructions, the only difference is where it says remove the torx screws, you don't have to.

I downloaded the word document from the site. After reading other posts, I see where you are saying that if there are no torx screws, then I need to just pull down and forward to remove the cover. Hopefully repacing the switch will solve my problem. I appreciate the heads up!
