Thanks, but thats scary. Watched videos and WOW. Having had two blowouts on rear from hitting road debris I can really relate. I will be looking closer at tires when they are installed on vechicles.

My 2001 Corvette convertible has only 12k miles and GY Runflats that look brand new. I wonder if the extra construction for the runflat will give me a bit more time than the time indicated by the news report. Its a Garage Queen because I prefer driving the SSR

Yeah, I was kidding. Since most, if not all, of us own other vehicles, it's great information to keep from getting screwed on a bargain. Especially these days, when the cost of feeding the SSR might cause us to scrimp in other places.
