Hi John
How have you been? The top fluid runs in a closed loop so the level is just about the same top up or down on the side of the tank there are a green and a white paint spot I usually fill so the level is just below the upper mark. Try to order the fluid online for a Saab same stuff even part number but it is around $49

John
If you can hold off on the oil till you come down I have a bottle of the oil and a large syringe to fill with. We can check it when you get here.
