Flasher is onder the dash to the right of the steering column. It has a little tab that you need to push on and it slides out from under the dash. You can find the location by feeling along the lower edge of the dash. There is a metal part the extends a little beyond the plastic of the das about 2 inches wide. Tab is there in the middle. A flashlight and mirror may help you find it..

Interesting, 2Wingers . . .
Have you checked the light bulbs involved? A burned out bulb or a defective connection could make the flasher act goofy.

I've had my blinker stop 3 times....about once a year.
I have no explanation. I have not replaced bulbs or anything related and they continue to work fine now. In my opinion, I wouldn't worry about it until the blinker doesn't work 2 days in a row.

mine did the same thing for a while, they would blink a few times and then stay on steady. took it in for service under warranty and the dealer of course couldn't duplicate the problem. hasn't happened again since. I'm changing out the turn signals to all LEDs anyway, maybe the problem will stay away.
Well as mentioned i checked all the bulbs, all ok, confused, it has not happened again i am taking WOW FCTR's advice thanks all see you in MAGGIE VALLEY

That might not work. If the flasher is a thermal unit, the LED lights won't draw enough current to get the flasher to actually work. If it's electronic, then shouldn't be a problem. Just be aware.
