Under Hood Pad

The insulation pad under hood is coming loose. What can I use to glue it back up. What will take the heat. Any advise would be appreciated.

It's held up with plastic push in retainers. Are they all there. If SO, is the material comming apart? If this is the case, 3M #08090 super trim adhesive will work to glue it back togeather. I wouldn't use it to glue the pad to the hood though. If you need retainers, NAPA 665-1519 BK will work.

You can get the retainers at just about any hardware store--probably cheaper than NAPA--I just bought some a couple of months ago.

There's an Evans Hardware down the street where you can just buy one if you want to--same price per item. Not cheap. Thrifty.
