Window air leak?

Just acquired my second SSR. There is an air leak around the passenger window. The dealer has not been able to repair the leak.

Any suggestions please?

Does it sound like you have air coming in when you are driving down the road, but you can see the windows are up all the way?

Yes, and the faster you go the air leak noise increases.

Before I took it to the dealer, you could see a tiny gap. they repaired it so you can't see the gap, the leak is not as bad but still is quite noticeable.

Thanks!

Hey Focks, they replaced the weaterstrip for the right door where the leak is. they shimmed and adjusted the weatherstripping, adjusted the tonneu cover. They said some noise is normal due to convertible design.

That is not true for my redline which is quiet as a church mouse as far as any air noise.

Did they attempt to fix the window "tip in"?

Window Data

That was not on the repair report. I will take it back to them and tell them about the window tip in.

Is that a window alignment that needs to be done?

Thanks!

I have had that noise in my truck since I got it. It wasn't it until someone else mentioned how loud it was that I have become suspitious about the noise.
