Do a search
Do a search there is lots of info on this site. my 2004 does too and it seems to be a common problem. Part of it is the lack of rain gutters due to the folding top. I have a cab cover I use in the winter (when stopped of course LOL) Going down the road it seems to be minimal for me, but overnight I get lots of dribbles. through thr gap at the roof halves.
I did a search for this issue and found some people with real problems looking for answers. But it looks to me like the majoraty of poeple on this forum are smart asses looking to poke fun at other peoples problems

Try lubricating the weather stripping with a silicone grease. Rub it into the rubber and wipe off the excess with a clean cloth. The rubber tends to get hard over time. This may or may not completely solve the problem, as the design of the rubber seal can still allow water through under pressure (i.e. car wash or pressure washing.) The next step is adjustments of the windows. (NOT RECOMMENDED for a layman to try, take it to a GOOD body shop if there is one you know of. Good Luck.

Dollar bill test
I used to work for GM make sure the window is all the way up,put a dollar bill between the glass and the weatherstrip if you can pull it out and there is no resistance you need to adjust the window closer to the weatherstrip. If its tight in some spots and loose in others you have to go behind the molding with 3m caulking or as we mechanics call it DUM DUM.That might help you.Unfortunitly GM has always had this problem this goes back when i had my 67 GTO convertable.

Could the weatherstrip be folded or crimped in one or more places? One of the other Fanatics had that problem.

Some of us have rolled a paper towel, put a straw or small black rubber material up under the rubber material to help keep the window to index properly. Here in MI with the warm/cold temps I have frequent problems with the rubber around the window flexing thus causing the window not to index properly.
Anyway from an old thread where I had problems but not no more.....go here ...member Fuzzy has a fix for leaks
If you remove your door panel, there two adjustments for window alinment, these adjustments are near bottom of door, one each end of door.
They adjust how the window seats in the window seal at the top, moves window OUTWARD/INWARD and there is another adjustment to move window forward and backward, horizontal movement. That adjustment is on the door latch end of the door.
The window may not be seating properly.
Are your windows indexing properly?? Put the window down and hold window button down for 5 second, re-indexes the window.
The Dealer should do it for you, under Warranty.
And I would check out Hot Rod Girl's suggestions, it may be an easy fix.
I have a 2004 SSR that is leaking water in both drivers and pass. windows when it rains. Anybody been down this road?
Where are you located? If you are near Nashville I can adjust your windows for you. they can be adjusted up and down, fore and aft, and the top in and out.

Thanks, Wingrider,
I knew there were adjustments but someone with knowledge can do it faster and right.
That is why I suggested the Dealer, but your price is better.

What he said.
Check the seal & the metal where the seal seats. Many times there is dust in there keeping the rubber from making a good seal.
I will add...the silicone grease is very thick. Be sure to wipe it clean until the rubber feels dry to the touch.
