Wiring Diagram?

Hi all,
My name's Jason, and I have an 06 SSR that did about a year of guard duty in the driveway without being driven. we live out in the country, and some critters decided that the engine harness wiring looked tasty. After repairing everything visible, my pops tried to turn the car over, smoke in the cabin, starter doesn't budge.

Help.
