XMDGM100 help!!!!

I live in a small City in Missouri and found a stereo shop finally who was willing to install my XMDGM100. Everything was great until they got to the passenger side airbag. Can anyone give them some guidance on how to get it out. They say that they have never seen one like it before. There are two 10mm bolts at the bottom that they can see, but something is holding it at the top and they refuse to go any further. Any help from this site would greatly be appreciated. Thanks
