GREAT service at 78734 Bee Cave Location

I have to commend the group at the Bee Cave, TX location on RR620

Comfortable facility and friendly staff. Assistant Mgr. Mike and staff member Sid really went out of their way to make me a long time customer.

Now, I am buying alot of tires in the coming weeks, but they threw in mounting/road force balancing on my latest set for the audi on Friday.

Maybe this is common, but not in my experience.

The service guy even taught me something about my car. It has air suspension and I saw him engaging it and raising the vehicle, when I asked why he explained that it had to be in "jack" mode so as not to damage the suspension when they jacked the car up to change the tires.
Now, had I RTFM, I would've realized this.

I have always had good service at discount tires across the land, but this bunch is the best so far.

Yeah, the oem pirelli crap tires had 25k on them and could probably gone another 5k, but they were getting loud and riding rough.

Put toyo proxes stII on and WOW, what a difference.

T-bird is next (oem tires are 10 years old) since LP wants whitewalls too.

The Mini follows,

then the SSR,

and then my little trailer tires are turning brown...we will evaluate them first.

But you are right, they are like new shoes, but no one is massaging my feet, but they are massaging my wallet
