Just for you Douggie, we park on the ROOF of the Hotel / Casino Thursday night, and then on Friday & Saturday we will leave our trucks in the Park with Ray's Security Guards !!!!

Was at the Jenner Car Show in Victoria today. Met a couple who are recent owners of an 04 Told them about the web site and the Peach City Cruise. Doug did a great sales job. Lets hope they sign up.

Working on 3 more recruits at my end as well - hopefully a few more to sign up.

Parking Thursday night shouldn't be a problem - I would suggest going up to the roof. It's not very busy weekdays.

We will have security for the SSRs in the park Friday and Saturday nights.

thursday the 19th - meet at Duke's Pub at 12:15pm and leave at 1:00pm. Exit #109 off of Hwy 1, just like last year. And like last year, Wayne and I don't think we'll be in the caravan unless it's a last minute thing. I've pasted last years post :::

So the caravan from the coast will gather as follows - meeting place is at Duke's Pub. From Hwy #1 take the # 109 exit, Yale Road. If you were heading east on the #1 then turn right at the stop sign and go about 1/8km around an S curve. Duke's is on the right side. Departure time is pegged at 1:00pm. So the valley people can get there earlier to have luch if they wish. The ferry traffic will get there when they get there. I'm still not sure if Wayne and I will be able to join.
I was intending to go east on the #3 after Hope. Is this what the rest of you thought?

I was going to email everyone I though would be coming from Vancouver to the Okanagan.

I recommend taking the Hope Princeton to Penticton.

There is major road widening happening just north of Summerland, affecting anyone taking the Coquihalla connector. They are blasting daily, so the highway can be shut down for an hour plus, usually early to mid afternoon. They are also wetting the road following blast debris cleanup - it's messy at times.

Keith & Glad in their primered coloured 2005 & Ken & Corrine in their dirty, I mean black 2005. Peer presure by Undertkr & myself has resulted in theese couples purchasing their toys. Some thing purple to wear for guys is really hard to find, to make it more difficult try to get 3x or 4x sizes. Of course every body just says loose all the weight HA HA! easier said than done.

We are new to this forum, we have a 2004 Red SSR and have registered to come to Penticton... we did amange to find a room ..we will arrive on Friday afternoon and we are looking forward to meeting everyone..

We're meeting at Zia's in Summerland Thursday at 6 PM - be glad to have you join us if you can make it.

If you decide to join up with the others arriving Thursday, let me know. We need to give them a number and meals chosen about a week out.
