Anybody Else Out There Going to Texas?

Hey, I just thought I would check to see if there are any other Northwest Fanatics that are heading down for the meet.

There are many ways to get from here to there, and I've travelled most all. I plan to leave PDX either Sunday or Monday and take my time.

I'm from DFW, but that's kind of out of the way, and do not, at this time, plan to go there until after the meet. Ya'll holler back, and let me know if anyone is interested in a loose, or not so loose, caravan.

I'm taking my sabbatical this summer.

The first day is June 14th, and the last day is September 15th, so I've got the time and, fortunately, a secure job that I will try to forget for a little while.

Well, it would appear that I will be the lone rep from this neck of the woods making the trip. I will be leaving out Sunday week, taking my time through the backroads and national parks on my way to Phoenix/Tucson on Friday, Van Horn on Saturday, then into Kerrville on Sunday.

I should have lots of images to post after I review the procedure and figure it out. I look forward to making acquaintance with all ya'll great folks out there!

I am sure that if you both decided you wanted to be here, there would be a carivan of drivers heaing to the airport to make sure you made it to Kerrville.

While we are all sorry you can't make it, don't think we are going to stop pushing you to show up.
