To the Evergreen Raceway group

Jim and I would really like to thank all of the Northwest SSR's at the Evergreen Raceway for welcoming us as a part of the family for the evening. We had a really great time and feel like we made some new friends. On the way home we were discussing how amazing it is that being in an online club where you just read posts of others can develop into instant friendships when the chance comes to meet face to face. If any of you are ever traveling to the east around Ohio let us know and we will show you some Ohio hospitality. We hope that you will all try to come to Woodward sometime to join in the great time we always have there.

Connie and Jim

Pics from Raceway

Mary and I had a great time, she took several pics from up in the stands while we were doing our laps around the track and lined up for our names to be announced. The 4th pic was of the figure 8 race.

Connie and Jim,

Anyone who shows up with Ohio Buckeyes is always welcome in my books! Sorry we had the northwest drizzle, but still a great day for those of us willing to tough it out.

Pleasure meeting you and have a safe trip home.
