I'm in barring anything unforeseen. Yes, the new showroom is better though there is less parking.

Griots

I'm very likely there, just added it to my calendar.

I was just at the new location a couple of weeks ago. I like it better than their old one AND they have some vintage race cars on display.

I will work on that, we are four strong now. There are several more SSR's in town but we haven't been able to corral them yet. Looking forward to seeing your new ride. BTW was your new Dodge pickup one of the ones that had to be recalled. Saw it on the news.

Been there, done that, want to go again...

I even get their catalog in the mail. Been to the new show room several times now. Last time, at the grand opening the Corvette guys seam not to have any interest in another Chevy product, so I parked with the ferraris. Good group. I will probably have to drag my old man along too. Don't forget to make a shopping list!

Yeah I had a real nice copper bronze 2dr hardtop when Toni and I first got married. Sold it after a year and bought my dream car>>>>1963 Corvette Stingray coupe, saddle bronze with saddle leather,Iv'e told that story here on the forum!

PS: Yeah Glenn:The fifty eight convertible was gorgeous in that turquiois and
the last time we were at the cruise I asked the guy sitting next to us at trophy time how much he wanted for his beautiful red 58 Impala convertible,he had a bid smug grin while he told me>>>>>$150K>>Thank you,but no thank you>>>I need to pay wholesale or at least not full blown retail,I know he gets that asked all the time,so it qualifies the serious buyers real quick! LOL Take care Glenn, see you guys at Griot's Garage on the 28th of May 2011,you betcha boy!

Jerry Yoders Garage Tour

I think everyone will really enjoy the tour to Jerrys. It Is about twenty to twenty five miles from Griots. After we leave there, Unless Hal has a place to stop for lunch, We can go pretty close to Jerrys place for lunch at a local restaurant. Probably we will have to sit In groups of four. Besides Jerrys 150 foot by 45 feet wide garage, He has a 3000 square foot gagage that he does his work In. The main showroom garage has anothe 20 by 150 foot garage hooked to It, Where he keeps his motor home and other toys along with the Pent house above the showroom. He Is on the water at lake tapps. Jerry also has a 2005 SSR Aqua Blur with 400 miles on It In the showroom. This should really be a fun day, So lets plan on fun, fun, fun. Thanks

What kind of cars are in the collection? I'm checking my schedule to see if we can make it. I have 2 friends locally with SSR's that have'nt attended any events yet. I'm going to see if they want to motor up there with us if our schedule permits.
