A Fun Day tripper>Yeah! Let's here from ya,Gang!SEPT 20th RESCHEDULED this Tuesday!! Meeting at 11:00AM Kitsap cty Bank on Bay st. Port Orchard,Wa.
My SSR: Silver with Pink Ghost Flames, Pink Lettering & Flares with PINK Bow Ties on Rims!
Wish I could go.............
I will be with a few friends in my H2 at the HOT Air Balloon Festival in Quincy (hiding from the heat) .....Art, maybe you would want to take my Silver to Flagstaff?????

Hello PACNW Fanatics: I need you to give me some positive feedback here, would you like to do the Hood Canal run? Many are off on vacation closing out their summer schedules,I understand, so when you get a chance to get back to the forum, give us a hollar>>>>thank you!
Hi Hal. Lynn and I will not be able to make It. Sounds like a great day trip. We did that tour a couple of years ago In our 1932 Chevrolet sport coupe with about twenty other old chevys.

Hal, Been without a computer as mine went to CPU Heaven. Have replaced it and now online again. Monnie and I will join you on the 18th weather permitting. This is a great drive. Did it in our HHR-SS earlier this Summer in reverse (no not in reverse gear). May I bring some of my coffee buddies and their old cars if they want to join us? Thanks, Milo

Hello Fanatics: Here is a map of the Hood canal area showing you where we will be circum navigating the Shoreline of this majestic piece of God made glorious puget sound! I just love the canal, would love to live their during the summer months etc.
We'll be coming from the north just below where you see Port Angeles on the map, heading to Lilliwaup,Hoodsport and then the Skokomish Indian Reservation and casino. We continue from there along the shoreline around the bay,now heading north up to the quaint town of Belfair,Washington. From
Belfair we make our way back to Hwy 16 north or south depending on which
way you choose to head back home etc.

GREAT: Glad to see you and your co-pilots enjoying the fine fruits of your labor! Thanks for getting back so quickly with your reply etc! We have a great group already for the convoy!! PS: Carol & Sandi: You keep those boys in line now, OK!
Hello PACNW Fanatics: Well,I know we have this PACNW attitude of"come rain or shine"; we make our trek etc.,however, this run frankly, wouldn't be fun in drizzly weather conditions,IMO! Will wait til Saturday to see if Mother Nature does a sudden turn around, and show us some signs of sunshine for Sunday! I just took the run again, yesterday with my neighbor on our Harleys, great run, tempature was 70 degrees overcast, but pleasant. I would take that for Sunday, at this point,we'll see what gives in a couple of days fanatics! Meanwhile, take care and be well!!
Sounds good Hal about not going If the weather turns bad for sunday, The forecast for the next weekend sounds like we will have better weather. Next week the weatherman says temperature In the seventies. I agree with you about not doing the hood canal tour In the rain. It would not be fun. Maybe we will have to do the tour during the weekday If that Is where the good weather Is.
