How does one re-new SSR Membership????

dont you go to the site navagation are and then look for upgrade hit that and another screen comes up pick which one you want to order then order
pretty sure the way to pay comes up then

i followed your instructions, and voila - there it was.......... ALAS, they only take Pay Pal and I am not going to renew PayPal, so hopefully there is another way. I did email the administrators........ We'll se what goes.

It might be time for me to just become a FREE Member !!!

I had to send a check to Canada last year, this year it was on mastercard I think. Wonder whats is going on here? Wierd.

Seems as though every time there are changes, something important (like renewing memberships the normal way - an address or such) seems to be left out !!

I sent an address I found regarding renewal to Marc NY, and he said it was OLD !!!

Their website shows they own this forum, so it is a good place to start. I don't think you want to be a free member. The ads will drive you away.

When I signed up for my lifetime membership, it showed it required PayPal, but it also accepted a credit card. Good thing, as I don't have a PayPal account. Was different owners then.

I will try most anything at this point !! I did have a PayPal account a while back, then my bank died on the vine, was taken over by another bank, account numbers changed and you know the rest.......... too much for one with no left brain !!

I will get our other Oregon hotels posted before they toss me out of SSRfan, so hopefully I will see you and Gayle on our Oregon list as well !! !!

I will miss Penticton too. Ray does such a good job for his wonderful SSR Flock !

Sign up for the lifetime membership. Then you won't have to worry about signing up each year. Cost is not that much.

I won't be money ahead becoming a lifetime member now - besides, they only take PayPAl !!!!

Guess I'm a goner....... unless one of you special friends will renew FOR ME and I would pay you back !!!

I already owe Ron Healey $1.00 as I went to pick a friend up at Group Health (don't EVER be the pick up person for anyone at Group Health!!) I arrive to pick up the person, BUT am told I have to go to the pharmacy and get her prescriptions FIRST (they don't fill them until you step in front of the counter !!! YIKES !!!)....... so, I went to the pharmacy (thank heaven Ron was there in line too). I sat with my call number in my hand for nearly an hour....... when I was finally called to the counter, I was told they couldn't fill the prescription until I got there (the hour wait didn't count), and then they wanted MONEY !!!!! I didn't have any, so I had to borrow from RonsSSR Ron, and then go to another counter to pay the fee - except the cashier was BUSY - picking her nose or something ridiculous. Let's just say, it was a LONG DAY, and I will always check my Caller ID before I ever answer that phone number again !!!

Maybe no one will want to volunteer to help me out with SSRfan !!! Oh, well, I can take a hint or three !!!

They won't toss you out. You get to stay as long as you want, but as a free member, you get to see lots of ads, can't post photos, and have a much smaller PM box.

I'm not sure what's involved in getting you re-signed, but I've been using Paypal for ages. The only problem from here is they ding the heck out of me doing a transaction in US$.

Give it a couple of days to see if anyone in the US has Paypal. If not, I can try to process it from here, but I'd probably need you to be on the phone to answer all the personal questions.

The lifetime membership is about $100, so four years worth. You're planning to be with us longer than that, aren't you?

At my age, a lifetime membership (paid with PAYPAL) isn't a good thing......

So far, the Bellevue Police still love me - but how long will that last???

Amazing how technology works OR NOT some of these days !!!

Thats where I sent my renewel check...I tried and tried to use paypal for the last 2 years and wanted a LIFETIME. I said all this in the letter sent with the check to Canada. No return comunication. MarcNY or Wow-factr got me the address.
