Hello to all PACNW Fanatics, time to awaken from hybernation and start thinking about our first Spring Opening Event for 2010! We're hoping to be able
to gather our "R's" mid to late March for a day triper! We had lots of fun last year when we made our way to the outskirts of Port Angeles and headed up to Hurricane Ridge. Also the loop around Hood Canal was enjoyable too!
This year I think a run to the quaint town of Port Towsend,Jefferson county, fun place to go and take in the local art and lunch scene there on the waters
of puget sound. What say you fanatics?!

March Run
Sounds like fun, hopefully the weather will cooperate and give us a dry weekend in March to drop the tops and go for a run. I met another Oregon SSR owner Jay Robinson in Wilsonville,OR he is interested in going on some of the Northwest runs this year. He has a beautiful black SSR with $30k in upgrades, supercharged, lowered, 22 inch wheels, etc.

March 21st sounds good to me. I am sure Jack and Sandi will be ready to roll as well. I will put in a good word for outstanding weather.

Ok you Fanatics you>>>>>I know youuuuuuu! You like good food hey!
Well,I have three suggestions for ya to consider for lunch:Waterfront Pizza, five star, only problem no room and too long to make for all,so forget that,Macadoos, has high marks with a excellant general type of menu, then there is Nifty Fifty's,five star rated for hamburgers and super selection of great ice cream flavors etc. I am thinking "Niftys" sounds pretty cool for a car club event and the food is good and quick as well,it's up to the gang, unless you have another place Iam not aware of in Port Townsend?!

Had lunch there a couple of years ago. It was good then and there should be good parking in the area. We have friends in town (darn corvette owners though) so I will have them check out a good spot to park all the rides together.

Glenn: Maybe you could ask your friends about a good fish & chips place in P/Townsend?,maybe even near Nifty's? They have a castle restaurant that looks really nummy, only they don't serve lunch, open at 5pm.Niftys is on the waterfront so maybe there is a seafood place near?! We can check it out!
Thanks for the info!
Count me in...I'll bring Dave, too! . Between us, all the food choices sound great. I'm with Sue, seafood sounds great! Will be good to get those SSR wheels rollin' again!
