Moving to your Area

Our Daughter and Son-in -Law and the two grand daughters are moving to Bellevue, WA. That means JimBob and PatBob will be driving from the Sacramento, CA area a couple of times a year.
I Google Mapped Gig Harbor from the Microsoft campus and it is only 1 hour away. The kids work for Microsoft and Amazon so they plan to settle in the area.
Is there an overall schedule of SSR Events for the PNW? We plan to drive our UV SSR at least once a year to the area.
We would love to meet some new SSR people

Mr. and Mrs. JimBob

right on JimBob. There are lots of fanatics up here that love to get together. The only thing that we do every year is the Penticton show in late June. Other than that we come up with different ideas thru the spring/summer/fall.

Move date

The kids are moving in mid June. We'll be up there but will be kinda busy helping them get settled. I'll keep looking at the PNW posts. it'll be fun meeting all you folks.

If you're helping them move mid-June, timing is perfect. You'll be anxious to get away from the workload for a couple of days late June. Heck, if they're like our kids, they'll be thrilled to see you out of their hair for a couple of days.

The Peach City Beach Cruise is about a 7 hour drive from the Seattle area. Your best chance to meet a bunch of Fanatics in one place. We expect to have 30 SSRs registered.

Also having a Sunday Cruise to the DRAGN's den in Merritt on Sunday, which gets you on your way back home.

Hope you can make it. Life is short. We lost one Fanatic who planned to be here this summer. Best to enjoy cruising while we can.

Links below to the weekend's activity.

5th Annual SSRs at the Peach City Beach Cruise

You are Invited to a Sunday BBQ at the Ouimet's - June 26th

Hi,

If you happen to be in the area on the 19th, you can join the PDX Fanatics for our monthly E&G at the Tin Shed & Garden Cafe. Please check out the thread for details if you are interested.

Thanks,
David
