Newbie Alert In Wa!
Hey all, just wanted to post up in here to see how many locals are around. I have seen a couple of SSRs in my neck of the woods. I am in the Puyallup area.
Look forward to hearing from you guys, and do you do any sort of meet & greets?

Hey,Chris
Several SSRs in your area. Your best first step would be to send a PM to Tickledpink. Sue is the Northwest wagonmaster, so getting on her email list will keep you informed regarding anything going on in the Northwest. There were several events during the spring, summer and fall, but it tends to quiet down over the winter.
We finished the season with a great run through the Oregon coast in mid-September. You can catch up to several of last summer's events on the Pacific Northwest forum.
The largest upcoming event in the Northwest will be the Peach City Beach Cruise in Penticton, BC late June. The information is at the top of the National Events section. So far, about 46 SSRs registered. We're expecting the total to reach somewhere in the 80 - 90 range. Hope you have that one on your radar.

Sounds like fun! I will get with Tickledpink & get on the mailer. The Oregon coast run sounded fun; it is a beautiful drive. Thanks for the help.

Welcome from another of the SoCal Nuts. Once you get hooked up with Tickeled Pink you will find there is a large group of SSRs in the Pacific NW and I am sure you will never be looking for something to do. This fun truck has a way of taking over your life.

Welcome From Oregon
Welcome to the Northwest group, if 2010 is anything like 2009 you will have fun with this group, last year we had several fun trips, Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens, Oregon Coast. Hopefully next year will be as fun.

Welcome aboard. There are several of us in the Puyallup area and we are always looking for places to take our R's. The advice to send a PM to TickledPink is a good one. She is our Wagonmaster and will add you to the email list so you can keep up to date on events/runs in our area.
