A good computer tune is definately worth the time and $$ if no one can recommend a local tuner check around the Corvette peformance garages. You don't really need a DYNO tune but a guy that knows what he is doing and an O2 sensor in your tailpipe to check his settings will wake your SSR up quite a bit.
