Reason: change the freaking date ok!
Hey JD,Thanks for checking in! The Saints car club along with fathoms of fun moved the date ahead this year, inorder, to allow more time, time for sun worship! Last two years have been wet, third year is a CHARM right!
One of my favorite shows. Attended my first (THE CRUZ) in 1993 Monnie and I will be there along with my coffee guys pals.
Milo
Milo: enjoyed meeting the coffee guys last wednesday at the A&W in P/O
Great bunch of car enthusiasts!!
FYI:The red 1957 Corvette in my avatar is my old 1957 Corvette that I had when I was dating my sweetie forty plus years ago, only it was aztec gold then. The guy that restored it lives here in Port Orchard.
PS: I changed my avatar,so posted here 57 corvette pics etc
Hello out there in ssr fanatic land! Well FYI you guys,no more breakfast at Myre's restaurant in downtown Port Orchard, fire gutted the place last weekend. On the waterfront restaurant is the best place for great food and you can sit outside on warm sunny days, you know the ones we have here!
PLEASE Fanatics: If you plan on attending, let me know so I can attempt to hold "X" # of parking spots for our "R"s etc. Thanks, look forward to having you over here on the 14th of August,Sunday for a waterfront automotive extravaganza,Pacific Northwest style for sure!!

Hello first time Fanatics attending the Port Orchard Waterfront CRUZ: We all must enter at Kitsap county Bank near the end of Bay st,Main drag, you enter and traverse along the back lot parking area, then on to and across to the second parking area that is directly east from the Port Orchard Marina.Once you get
to the KCBank you go along the back lot business parking into a sorta round a bout totem poll and a narrow road that hugs the waterfront fence untill you see another huge parking area, that's where we shall all gather and park together. The key to securing this area is to be there at 6:30AM.We go back and register at 7:00AM or so once we have all settled in etc.
PS: I will be down by the Kitsap cty Bank entrance at 6:15 AM and will direct the intial arrivals, most of whom have been there before so just follow the other ssr's if I am not there when you arrive. Thanks fanatics.

O.K., Sunday it is!
Does the carshow go down Bay Street towards the Comfort Inn?
GREAT NEWS Fanatics: Our Canadian, ambassador fanatics, from Langley,BC will definitely be joining us all here on the waterfront,Sunday, the 14th for the 24th annual open air car show downtown Port Orchard,Washington. As I have mentioned, earlier, the entire metropolis is blocked off by our local finest(police officiers) including my next door neighbor,Bill Schaibly, good friend and fellow H>O>G>! So,no to your question,Sandy, about the show going past the comfort inn. It's only a little over a hundred yards though to where we will be exhibiting our "R"s from the Comfort Inn.The entire town is full of vendors, offering their neato stuff for sale,a true automotive affair! The center of the picture post card is where we will be parking,COOL huh!
