Prayers for Hal Mawrence

Hal Mawrence suffered a Stoke on Tuesday, March 25th and was taken to Seattle Group Health Hospital where they are doing an MRI, Speech Eval and a Neurological work up. He had a CT scan which did show a Stroke but they can't tell if it is the recent one or maybe one he might have had before.

His wife Toni was there when it happened and hopefully her quick response got him the immediate help he needed so little permanent damage was done. I am not sure when he will be ready to return home, but I will update this thread to let you know his progress. I can only imagine he will be adding his Fanatic-ness to this himself SOON !

Hal is a deep believer in the power of Prayer, so I am asking that any of you that will add Hal to your own Prayer list, we in his Northwest SSR family will appreciate your help in getting him back in our arms ASAP!!

Thank You,

Sue

Prayers coming your way from Michigan too
They do say that quick medical attention just after a stroke can reverse many of the side effects and many can and do recover fully

I've been in your shoes with my Dad.... his outcome was wonderful praying for the same for you too!!!!

Good news regarding Hal !!

The Powers that Be just happened to send Hal all the way from Port Orchard right into my backyard in Bellevue !! I grabbed my Slingshot Yellow Maistro SSR Model, a bunch of yellow tulips (one PINK Gerbera just to keep an eye on him) and hot footed it to his hospital room in the - you won''t believe this - YELLOW WING !!! As I crept into his room past his Yellow Door - there he was.......... lying still with his eyes closed. My GASP woke him up and we shared an hour during which time he took his first walk (REALLY GOOD WALK) and passed all the Physical Therapy Tests with flying colors !! At this time he may be on his way home where he will follow all doctor's orders and HEAL SPEEDILY !! I have Hal's permission to post this photo - notice how color returned to his face when he held the SSR !!
