SSR Grand POOBAH tries to sneak into Washington State !

But, we surprised him at the Falls Terrace Restaurant in Tumwater !!!

Mike & Debbie came to Washington to install a new water system for Debbie's mom................... Desperate for a technical expert to be in our midst, our local SSR group couldn't wait to see him and we found ourselves arriving over an hour early !!

Great Food, Great SSR Fans, Incredible Guests from Arizona, and you guessed it............ once someone put their hood up, the BOYZ gathered around for Mike's special information about their trucks !!!

Mikey, you are ONE OF A KIND, but I am disappointed you tossed out the PINK THONG you won for the Penticton Speed-o contest !!!

Thanks Sue for organizing the lunch with Mike and Debbie. It was good to see them again, they are just super people. The Falls Terrace Restaurant in Olympia was a great choice, good food, nice view of the falls and the old, once famous Olympia Brewery Buildings.

If your traveling I-5 thru Olympia Wa, you will not regret stopping at the Falls Terrace for a bite.

created by Roberta Tessen for the Drive-In Movie in Langley last summer !!! Roberta (firechaser) quilts for the Disabled American Veterans - each Vet undergoing surgery at Madigan Army Hospital get a fabulous quilt from Roberta and her Quilting Group! They make 15 plus quilts a week to keep up with the demand............... Roberta took time out of her busy life to make SSR Bibs for everyone who attended the Drive-In Movie in Langley, BC last year....... It was a precious sight to see the big macho boyz wear their bibs - for Roberta and because I told them they HAD TO - or else !!!

Wait until we hit the Drive-In movie in Dallas, Oregon in September - you will be soooooo jealous if you didn't bring your BIB !!!!!

I have to thank the Northwest group for a great lunch. The Falls Terrace is fabulous and the food is awesome. Debbie and I enjoyed the meal and could not have been in better company.

I want to thank Sue for scheming with my wife to pull this one off. I was really surprised.

As for the Grand Poobah hat.......... I will NOT be sharing it with Doophus. This is MINE. It will surely be flaunted at an upcoming gathering.

hey it worked when i double dog dared OP to jump in the rental Vette and join in the burn out contest. He ended up beating out Jim for that title
