For about a year now I had been looking for a shop in the Northwest that does Dyno Tuning on Late Model cars, my daughters new boyfriend is a gearhead and has a lot of connections in the automotive industry, he gave me the name of a shop in Vancouver,WA that does Dyno Tuning and the owner is a specialist in GM performance, found several references to him among the Corvette owners. I have an appointment for Sept 9th to see what he can do with my SSR to tune my computer to optimize all the engine mods I have made. The shop is called Wong's Performance Engineering and the phone number is 360 695-9443 if any of you are needing custom tuning, will let you all know the results after I see him.
Yes, I have a Commercial License with a B school bus endorsement don't know if that was another error by the judge or if Oregon's rules are different than Calif
I had an appointment to have my SSR dyno-tuned on Sept. 9 in Vancouver, WA now that I am back driving the school bus twice a day it was going to be a real hassle to make that appointment since Vancouver is 90 mins to 2 hours away depending on traffic and I am only off from 8am to 2 pm on school days, I tried to reschedule to Sept 26 which is a no school day but the Tuner has an appointment that day to do a cam swap on a Corvette so I rescheduled for the next available day with no school which is October 10, hate to wait that long but hopefully the results will be worth the wait, cost is going to be $450. including dyno time will be interesting to see how much power I am getting to the rear wheels.
