Grandma Jean

Well as many of you know, my Grandma had a major stroke while on vacation here in Calgary, I received word yesterday, that she quietly passed away in her sleep. My Aunt called last night and told us, she was very peaceful and then just went to sleep. The family is relieved, but very sad. God brought her home.
So rest in peace Grandma, you will be missed !!!

Thanks for the kind words, My Mom is having a real hard time with this, I told her, that God took her home to be with her mom and dad , and she is not suffering anymore .... still doesn't make it easier, but .... time will heal all wounds.

It's always difficult when the beautiful people of our lives leave us. I loved mine dearly....as you loved yours. Sounds like she was a terrific person.

thanks Dwight. The memorial was last Friday in Winnipeg, considering the circumstances, it was good trip, it was fun to see the rest of the family, met an uncle I had never met before (he was given up for adoption at birth)

With everything going on in our lives we often forget to think of the ones we love. It sounds like your grandmother was not one to miss a chance to be thankful for all she has recieved. My God bless you all.
