I may or may not have personally meet Steve at Kingsburg but I sure do remember him racing his cart around the R/C track.
Prayers and condolence sent to his family
So very sorry to hear this.
Steve set me up here to handle the AZ local website off of SSR.com / Homestead as well.
Also sent me SSR Club window stickers, of which I still wear proudly. I met him in Kingsburg, and was truly honored to have know him.
He will be missed.

Positive thoughts for Judy and the family of Steve. Remember his R/C run also at Kingsberg. An instrumental organizer of the original Fanatics. Rest in peace, Steve.
I am very sorry for this loss, Steve was a wonderful guy, I didn't have the chance to meet him but our online chats and his way of stepping up and helping out was hands down the best thing in the world, He was so very happy when I sent him a christmas card one year, he said no one had ever remembered him and let him know that he was appreciated, that meant a lot to both of us, and because of that, random gifts often turn up to fanactics because even a small amount of love can be felt from very far away.
RIP you will be missed Steve

God's Happy
Steve was a great person that everyone liked upon talking or meeting him. He talked me into organizing Northern CA Apple Hill Run. Judy certainly was very supportive of Steve's enjoyment of organizing SSR runs. He never complained about his health problems but sure enjoyed others. Steve's a great loss to his family and our SSR family. Thank you God for bringing Steve into the SSR family and thank you Judy for sharing your spouse with us. Hope to see you soon. Please let us know when family plans on celebrating his life.
Steve was a kind and generous man. He was the one responsible for getting Patti and I involved in the SSR-Club. Our first event was a handful of years ago on a Rodrun to Half Moon Bay. Since that time we went on other runs including Kingsburg, Sacramento, Santa Rosa, and Steve's beloved Christmas parade in Antioch. As a result of his kindness and welcoming attitude, we have been blessed to meet many other fanatics.
We are deeply saddened to hear of his passing. Our prayers for God's blessings are with Judy and his family. He was a blessing to all who met him.
Very sorry to hear the news also. Steve was a very generous kind person, who was always willing to help anyone... in a better place... much better now.
Prayers to you Ms. Judy...
