I should have stayed home too......while getting out the X-mas containers yesterday I pulled a muscle in my lower pack............didn't sleep well last night Major pain today

Dr. blue here for HRG........remove all persons from your house....draw as hot as you can stand water into a tub.....set candles all around.. pour wine.....MP3 player or ipod
soft music and soak until water is tepid.........precautions..watch out for a mouse with a camera strapped on his back........

I'm using a heat treat lotion and it seems to be working very well. Taking it easy for today

Got a rub/massage from hubby last night before going to bed........slept better last night but woke up this morning stiff. It's gotta be a pinched nerve

pro-massage is a good idea.......pinched nerve wil be a stingging feeling
muscle pain heat for 15 minutes then wait 30 heat 15 again....or sleep with a heating pad on low......
