Mornin Ya'll!
I didnt get any internet time yesterday.
Me and a friend left out at 7:30 yesterday morning to go to Asheville and hit the after Christmas sales (yes I know, were crazy)
Got home around 1:30 and then me and Danny went to the local Kmart, Wal-Mart and Big Lots.
We got back around 5 and then I had to get ready for a holiday party last night and then also had to stop in for a birthday party. Got home around 10:30, was pooped and went to bed. Today is a kicked back day for sure.

I have started "De-Christmasing" my house. One tree down 2 to go.
Next I'm putting up some winter decorations out in the office and just outside the office. Some snowflakes and snow man stuff. Also a small 3 foot white tree with blue lights.
Since we will be in and out this winter I want it to look nice out there.

They just had Asheville and the Biltmore on the Travel Channel today!

Oh my I'm exhausted ...last nights family gathering was wonderful ....had such a good time. Went to bed at 5:00 AM today I am worn out!
Dad has been having some issues with his leg...a call to his doctor yesterday and today.... he feels it may be a sciatic nerve....I've been running back and forth daily right now as he's having trouble getting around and is in constant pain. trying to make him comfortable until we can get him in.
Anyway....lack of sleep, worried about dad and just plain ole pooped out here is a pick of the whole family at my son's home and the grandkids (two are missing that live in CAL)

Good Morning
The commute to work this morning was a slippery one snow throughout the day today ....very cold temps here
Lot of cars in the ditches
Dad's doing better this morning.......spent three hours with him last night walking the halls and iced his lower buttocks area. He said he slept through the night which he hasn't for the two previous nights. Back over there after work tonight.
I did manage to get some sleep last night

Good morning. We finally got Mother In Laws car out of the mud. Had to use a "dead man" wench using a tree and long cable, chains. Sheesh. Sheeeesh, whoda thought. It was nice a dry when I parked it in the barn and then the darned rain just softened the floor so that the car sank when we started to drive it. Being next to a lake we live on a hard clay pan with silt on top. The water gets trapped on top of the clay pan and the silt turns to mud.
Other than that it is a great day. Mary and her mom are having a heart to heart talk. I'm heading for the woodshed. Bye !!!
