Today has two events surfacing: new leg/ankle brace fitting and pick up the Astro.
The Astro blew the high pressure power steering line, we think (hope).
That happened on my Olds... I thought the rack blew a seal.. but fortunately it was just the hose.

I just got an email notice of my impending electric bill... $320! I think that will be the highest I've ever paid! And that was for December when it wasn't even "winter" yet!

Good evening all
Started dad's first therapy session tonight....it was cool they put him a on traction machine w/heat for 50 pulls I laughed as I watched him get pulled apart after all was said and done it didn't make him taller either
He does have exercises he must do every day so before I left him I reviewed them again with him. 4 hrs today but that included a dinner trip to Coney Island one of his favorite places he is out of pain medication so another trip back tomorrow.

Yeah it was cool to watch and he said it felt wonderful afterwards. He goes back on Friday and both PT girls including me told him he better be doing those exercises!!

When the PT girl tightened the belts I thought he was going to die You should have seen his face. After she left the room the jokes were flying....she overheard us at one point and put my dad in his place....OMG it was funny!!!

evenin PAP. Was out enjoyin the last of the good weather today. 58 and sunny. But the rain comes in tomorrow for a couple of days and a little cooler. I knew it couldnt last forever.
