Welcome home Jeff !
Man I'm DONE !!!! Did two oil changes and full lube jobs on the quads, I want to know who's BRIGHT idea it was to have take the frigging front tires off to get at all the grease fittings, and remove the left floorboard to get at the oil filters they need a high five to the forehead wash, dried & vacuumed the Bug, Grand Cherokee, and the Montana Van, I think I'll take tomorrow off work and relax !!

Good afternoon, sunny and clear for miles. It got up to mid 30's. Everything is bury in 6-10 inches of snow. I finally did a little sideways driving, kinda fun letting the rear slip around.

That's the best part about living in a snowy area ... Till ya loose it into a frozen snow bank!!!!
a funny thing I saw today driving in Austin Texas on Interstate 35....
today there was 35 - 40 mph winds all day today.....I am driving along and the wind is buffing my truck not too bad but you can feel it ...
so I look ahead of me in the right hand lane(the slow lane) and there is a Smart car.. He was doing about 45mph... so I look over as I am passing him, and he looked a NASCAR driver at Daytona... He was fighting with all he was worth trying to keep that car on the road....too bad a 18 wheeler did not pass him going 70mph... he would have flown off the road....

Saw a today in Waikiki but was unable to stop him/her to say hi. It was 24 floors below me on Kuhio Street approaching Olohana St. about 3 or 3:30 pm here.
Blizzard missed us here in Choctaw, but I guess it wasn't far away--about 30-to-40 minutes west. We did receive about3/4 inch of precip though . Coupled with moisture from last week, we've made a small dent in the short-term drought. Just need more moisture

A white morning all, just a 2-4 inch dusting here lastnight.
