We now have 50% of rain. I'm seeing some on radar now so I guess I better get to dancing when I go outside to feed horses.

A few drops fell here about 2 hours ago... but nothing since. Still cloudy though... so might still get some.

Was upgraded to a Nasty Mean Mother for a hour or so. Ended a while ago and left a double RainBow.

Washing machine just crapped out. Went down to switch the load from the washer to dryer and found the floor wet. Lots of lint, so it came out of the washer. Didn't overflow... I must assume a pipe from the pump came loose or ruptured inside. Good thing I had completed 2 loads today and got the important stuff I'll be packing for next week done.

It's old and weary anyway... so I'm not heartbroken over it. I'll just be a bit perturbed if I can't get it up the stairs. I have a framed opening at the top of the stairs.... washer may be too big meaning I'll have to tear the frame out AGAIN (had to do that with the dryer 4 years ago.

I can't tell you how many washing machines I've had over the years. I use them too much or something. Last time one broke it was an easy fix. That is a bummer for you though. It seems like it is always something breaking around here.

This might be fixable, but I don't see the point. It's more than 15 years old.

We replace washers here almost every year so we just go to the scratch and dent aisle at Lowes because we dont care what it looks like.

I have always wondered what the real meaning of avatar was. Here is what I found in the Houston Chronicle today: "the representation of your chosen embodied appearance to other people in a virtual world."

Anyone feel enlightened or did all of you know this fact??
