Heard on the radio that the Houston PD is going to sign a contract with a website -
www.propertyroom.com - to sell their unclaimed stolen property. Apparently the site is already handling this kind of business for a number of major cities' PD's. Checked out the site - pretty interesting - eBay style - and pretty honest about the condition of the merchandise. Also hooked up to some other auction sites - even including governmentauction.com real estate. Check it out. Like any other auction site - some good buys and some frenzy buyers. The shipping is a bit high.
