So that's what you were up to
I was wondering what that would look like and it looks good, can't wait to see the finished product. I think squared tips might be interesting too. Very cool!

Anywho, what a bout a large oval tip.

Nope, no bumper, supposedly lost in transit??? Never made it to HB or Maui. Money back, no way! I received a consolation prize of a part that I did not want or need. Anyone want to buy a set of '04 mirrors?

Lookin' good Rebel!

,,,,maybe a suggestion or two.
Might look better if you filled in that indentation on both sides and over the plate area.
And also consider the look of the 07 SSR prototype of taking out that bubble on the corners below the tail light...see attached pic below.
If you did that and could get them produced in the same plastic material,,, I would buy one from you in a HEARTBEAT!

It's going to look great. I have been thinking of doing the same since I saw it on the One Badd Ride model. Can't wait to see this finished project.

Yes the recessed stiffing bead will be filled in, that’s why I had to cut it out so it would set back in flush with rest of bumper. I have to stick with dual 03 shotgun tips, as I have already measured and cut to fit them. Filling in the outside corner dimples / bubbles is more than I want to chew off. I will be happy with this I think. The extra tips will cut in ahead of the muffler, with electric butterflies after my warranty is up.

I just came home with $145 worth of “TPO plastic” bonder and I’m heading for the shop to play.
