I can't complain too much about B B. 6 years ago we bit on a 61 inch Samsung HD tv for a list of $4600.00 less price match from Circuit city. Down to $4200.00, bought the $250.00 4 year 4th repair visit replacement guarantee. Price match came into play Fry's cut their price $400.00 a week later Now $3800
Joined REWARDS CLUB $300.00 to spent in the BB store Net price $3500.00 Frys then dropped their price 2 weeks later and they did a double rebate od $400. + $200.00 more. Now $2900.00 BUT WAIT! It gets better 3 1/2 years later on the fourth visit the repair part is BACK ORDERED. Picked out a new 61" Samsung DLP with the LED lighting (no high heat). This TV listed @$2200.00 abd the hard sell was $450.00 for the same guarantee. We passed as it was 20% of the list price. That TV is now about $1200.00

I have no issue with Best Buy. They have an honorable return policy and we get rewards points. We did buy an expensive set last season and bought the ext. warranty...at a discount after some light negotiating.
I just got a kick out of the the young salesman trying his skill with the Senior Citizen Hustle.

I bought our 73" Mitsubishi from H H Gregg about six months ago and the salesman could not have been nicer. No pressure at all. They came within $200.00 of the internet price I found on-line (Best Buy didn't even want to negotiate)They even knocked $100.00 off of the 5 year extended warranty. I've always bought the extended warranty because I know how expensive one service call is on a big screen.
I guess it all depends on which sales person you get and you always have the option to walk away.

I am happy with Best Buy. We bought two parts for my computer in an attempt to bring it back to life. We returned both items and they cheerfully refunded our money without any questions asked. Great service.

Glad everyone but me has had such good results with Best Buy. They couldn't have cared less when my 52" rear-projection was having issues and still under warranty. Plus, they acted like they were doing me a favor when I returned a laptop sleeve within 30 days of purchase and I had the receipt. They refused to return cash (I had used debit card) but insisted on a store credit. I spent the credit and haven't been back since.
