corvette tire question

I need to get rear tires for my husbands vette
the ones he has now are 285/35zr19
the sales guy says that these are the only ones that will fit, is the true?
We bought aFalken non/runflats for the front several months ago.

NTB knows we already have non runflats on the front, and Discount said you should not run non/RF with RF's that it will cause steering issues. NTB said there were no other tires that would go on the back but yet Discount tires says yes, we can put Falkens on the back too and they are almost 200$ cheaper

Thanks for the link

I put Kumho non run flats on my Corvette about 6 months ago. I like them better than the Goodyear run flats. Handling, cornering, grip, etc seems to be better. I purchased another SSR flat tire repair kit to put in the Vet in case of a flat.
